Corporate Sales Section Manager

Vacature Corporate Sales Section Manager

As the Corporate Sales Section Manager at Nissan Netherlands and under the support and supervision of our Country Manager Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the corporate sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients and promoting Nissan vehicles, services and programs within the designated region. You will coach, support and sustain our distribution network in ensuring qualitative prospection and best-in-class service to our customers focusing on electrification, mobility, digitalization and wider changes to customer habits and expectations including usership and short-term needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive corporate sales growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients beyond existing portfolio, establish relationships, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized sales solutions and proposals for corporate clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, generate reports with support of our Sales Operations, Planning & Reporting division, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining strong post-sales relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of corporate sales transactions.
  • Represent Nissan Benelux at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Stay informed about Nissan vehicles, features, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate product value to clients.

Profiel Corporate Sales Section Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Full proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably within the automotive industry with good knowledge of taxation, car finance products and car insurance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team, both within the team and at dealer level.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies and other large accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
