I’m responsible for UK Facades’ Pre-Construction Departments. This department consists of estimating, planning and quality control. Over the last few years we’ve tendered for more than 100 projects and constructed projects with a total value of over £100m. I liaise with the Estimating Manager, Planners and Quality Manager on a daily basis. By doing so I oversee all bids and coordinate the planning and auditing for future and live projects.

I wrote all programmes for the pre-construction phase of potential projects. Throughout the construction phase I was responsible for the construction programmes, progress reports and chaired the weekly coordination meetings between the operational teams and design teams.
