Technical expertise for Peugeot and Citroën vehicles - Executing high complexity diagnosis tests (static and/or dynamic) using appropriate instruments. - Providing Technical Support to technicians and other employees that might need it - Solving electrical problems using technical data and specifications indicated by PSA group -Expert in A/C ,Engines, Transmissions and Hybrid systems - - Participation to the examination of the vehicle next to receptionists, expressing his technical view - Contacting the National Technical Adviser for additional technical support and where is the case, elaborates the technical problem reports directly to the Peugeot Technical Assistance Bureau Quality control responsibilities - Ensure compliance with quality control requirements of executed work on cars, before release to the client - Undersign the quality control documentation for car release - Following that all the quality control rules are respected by the technical staff
